The Clasped Hands Fund Grant provides emergency financial assistance to Alpha Delta Pi alumnae who find themselves in financial distress. Need and circumstances determine the amount of each grant.
History
The Clasped Hands Fund started with contributions received at Grand Convention in 1993. The fund was endowed in 1997 thanks to the generosity of Deen Day Sanders, Beta Sigma—Mercer University.
Violets for My Sisters
This year, Violets for My Sisters will not be included in Day of Giving and will instead be held as a stand-alone fundraising effort this summer to support our Clasped Hands Fund. All gifts made on this page will still support the Clasped Hands Fund and will help alumnae in financial distress. However, they will not be earmarked for Violets for My Sisters.
