Lead is the second pillar of our Foundation's motto. We believe that leadership encompasses many areas throughout our sisterhood. Whether you attend a special leadership program such as Adelphean Compass or IMPACT, work with our traveling Leadership Consultants who provide our chapters with resources and training throughout the year, or your chapter has a leadership fund to send more members to Alpha Delta Pi conventions and programs, we know that providing our members with the best training now will lead to growth and development of well-rounded members and alumnae.
