Leadership Consultant Endowment

Support our leadership consultant program!

The consultant program was started in 1933 as a way to expand the Sorority's reach to assist more chapters. Since the development of the program, more than 250 young women have been selected to serve as Leadership Consultants for the Sorority.

Each year, Leadership Consultants visit active chapters of Alpha Delta Pi to offer training for collegiate chapter members, advisors, house corporations and local alumnae in the areas of education, leadership development, scholarship, and philanthropy.

Your support ensures this very important program continues to thrive and our sisters continue to uphold the highest ideals and standards for our sisterhood.
