This scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate member of a chapter in Florida or Georgia. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and participate in extracurricular activities.

This fund was established by the Hoyt-Jolley Foundation including - Carol Roemer Jolley, Lambda; Andee Jolley Schroeder, Zeta Omega; and Baily Jolley Klein, Iota.
