The Beta Upsilon Chapter is fortunate to have multiple scholarships.

The Joanna Kristine Howell Scholarship is awarded annually to a member of Beta Upsilon, with first preference to a graduate student studying Communication. The scholarship was established in memory of Joanna Kristine Howell, 1993.

The Southerland Long Scholarship is awarded annually to a junior or senior member of Beta Upsilon who demonstrates leadership qualities and has financial need. The scholarship was established in honor of Sharon Southerland Long, Beta Iota, 1975, by Mary Southerland, Beta Upsilon, 1996.
