The Beta Nu Chapter is fortunate enough to have multiple scholarships available.
The Jean Harriet Pund Bruner Scholarship Fund scholarship is awarded annually to a member of Beta Nu chapter, with preference to an undergraduate member. This scholarship was awarded for the first time in 2015. The scholarship was named in memory of Jean Pund Bruner, 1948.
The Catherine Davis Stanley scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate or graduate member in good standing of Delta chapter (UT, Austin) or Beta Nu (University of Georgia). This scholarship was named in memory of Catherine Davis Stanley, 1938.
There are two scholarships in the process of being fully endowed:
The Lucy Candler Leide Scholarship will benefit a sister of Beta Nu Chapter, Lambda Chapter at Brenau University, or Kappa Chapter at Samford University, with first preference to an undergraduate sister. The scholarship is $12,000 from being endowed. This fund was established in memory of Lucy Candler Leide, Alpha Chapter. 1900.
The Dr. Lynda Waller Scholarship, once fully endowed, will be awarded to a sister from Beta Nu, Epsilon Pi at Georgia Southern University, or Zeta Omicron at Georgia Tech. The fund is being established by Dr. Lynda Nix Waller, Epsilon Pi, 1969.
