This chapter leadership fund supports the leadership development and training of members of Beta Kappa chapter at University of British Columbia or Upsilon chapter at Washington State University.

This fund was established by Roderick and Rosalyn Doze Williams, Alpha Alpha. Rosalyn is pictured below with some sisters from Beta Kappa.
