This scholarship is available for a member of Upsilon Chapter (Washington State University), Beta Kappa Chapter (University of British Columbia), with preference to an undergraduate sister.

This fund was named in memory of Marjorie M. and Rolf Lauritz Steberg and awarded for the first time in 1998.
