The Beta Alpha Chapter Leadership Fund was established in 2016 by Beta Alpha Chapter as part of the We Believe Campaign. This fund shall be used to send an undergraduate member of Beta Alpha Chapter to attend a leadership program offered by Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
The Heather R. Kornick Scholarship was established in 2012 by Heather Rose Kornick, Beta Alpha—Indiana University, to benefit members of the Beta Alpha Chapter. A five year survivor of adrenal cancer, Heather passed away in April 2013. The 2019-2020 recipients of this scholarship were Amy Arthur, Beta Alpha–Indiana University; Stephanie Davenport, Beta Alpha–Indiana University; and Leah Fishman, Beta Alpha–Indiana University.
The Helen Grove Snellenburg Memorial Scholarship was established in 1987 by Sidney Charles Snellenberg in memory of his mother Helen Grove Snellenburg, Beta Alpha—Indiana University. The 2019-2020 recipients of this scholarship were Amy Arthur, Beta Alpha–Indiana University; Stephanie Davenport, Beta Alpha–Indiana University; and Leah Fishman, Beta Alpha–Indiana University.
The Edith Seitz Owings Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Edith Seitz Owings, Beta Alpha—Indiana University, by the Frank N. Owings Family Foundation in 2007. Edith's love of music helped spearhead the return of professional opera to Indianapolis, Indiana. Preference for this scholarship is for a Beta Alpha member majoring in liberal arts, in particular music majors. The 2019-2020 recipient of this scholarship was Jordan Kennedy, Phi—Hanover College.
