The Alpha Pi Centennial Leadership Fund was established in 2022 as part of the chapter's Centennial Celebration and will be used to send an undergraduate member of Alpha Pi Chapter to attend a leadership program offered by Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. As of May 5, 2026, the fund was $18,238 away from being fully endowed.

The Helen Stoutamyer Lowrey Scholarship was established in 2001 by Helen Stoutamyer Lowrey, Alpha Pi—George Washington University, Janet Lowrey, Omega Alpha—Alumnae Initiate, their family, and Alpha Pi Chapter. The 2025-2026 recipient was Sienna Vaughn, Alpha Pi.
