Delta Delta-Arkansas

At our 60th Anniversary, plans were unveiled for the renovation and expansion of our beloved, iconic home at 519 Oakland Avenue. The House Corporation is working with the University on all aspects of this project which will provide our members and alumnae wonderful living and meeting space for generations to come. The Delta Delta Educational Housing Fund will be used to fund charitable and educational activities, specifically for the benefit of qualifying capital building projects and project-related expenses that promote the desired atmosphere of academic study.

The Karle Friar Smith Scholarship was established in 1984 in honor of Karle Friar Smith, Lambda—Brenau University, by Charlotte Taylor, Delta Delta—University of Arkansas, Delta Delta alumnae, and alumnae from the Little Rock and Fayetteville Alumnae Associations. The 2024-2025 recipient was Madeline Gwinner, Delta Delta.

Ella's Gift Challenge

In honor of 174 years of sisterhood, the 174th gift unlocks a Day of Giving bonus of $10,000 thanks to Pat Johnson Evans, Beta Omega-Auburn and Tracy Garner, Zeta Omicron-Georgia Tech. When we reach 500 gifts, another $20,000 bonus from the Fort Worth Alumnae Association will be unlocked. At 1,000 gifts, an additional $20,000 bonus will be unlocked thanks to Jan Alexander Maisch, Epsilon Omega-Jacksonville. And if we reach 1,200 gifts, an incredible $50,000 bonus will be unlocked thanks to Debbie Roeber Castellone, Gamma Tau-Vermont and Tasse Alexander Little, Zeta Mu-Appalachian.
