The Beta Alpha Chapter Leadership Fund was established in 2016 by Beta Alpha Chapter as part of the We Believe Campaign. This fund shall be used to send an undergraduate member of Beta Alpha Chapter to attend a leadership program offered by Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. This leadership fund provided support for chapter members to attend both Grand Convention 2024 and ADPi Academy in 2025.
The Heather R. Kornick Scholarship was established in 2012 by Heather Rose Kornick, Beta Alpha—Indiana University, to benefit members of the Beta Alpha Chapter. A five year survivor of adrenal cancer, Heather passed away in April 2013. The 2024-2025 recipients were Jocelyn Flores, Beta Alpha, and Jaycie Gibson, Beta Alpha.
The Helen Grove Snellenburg Memorial Scholarship was established in 1987 by Sidney Charles Snellenberg in memory of his mother Helen Grove Snellenburg, Beta Alpha—Indiana University. The 2024-2025 recipients were Jocelyn Flores, Beta Alpha, and Jaycie Gibson, Beta Alpha .
The Edith Seitz Owings Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Edith Seitz Owings, Beta Alpha—Indiana University, by the Frank N. Owings Family Foundation in 2007. Edith's love of music helped spearhead the return of professional opera to Indianapolis, Indiana. Preference for this scholarship is for a Beta Alpha member majoring in liberal arts, in particular music majors. The 2024-2025 recipient was Veira-Lyn Robbins, Phi—Hanover.
